Fulfillment & Shipping Times

Orders are typically fulfilled within 24 business hours.

Fulfillment times may be slightly longer during peak periods such as sales, collection launches, or holidays (e.g., Christmas).

Orders are processed only on business days (Monday to Friday).

In the event that an item is out of stock after purchase, our customer support team will contact you to offer alternatives, a refund, or, where possible, a made-to-order item.

Orders are shipped from multiple locations, ensuring efficient delivery.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number and courier details. If you do not receive this email, you can track your order via your customer page by entering your email and receiving a one-time password (OTP).

Shipping Costs & Destinations

We offer free shipping to the following countries:

Spain, Andorra, Portugal, Belgium, Czechia, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden, Liechtenstein, Monaco, Norway, San Marino, and Switzerland.

For other destinations, international shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

Customs duties and import taxes may apply depending on local regulations and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We offer free worldwide shipping on orders over €300.

Store Pick-Up

Customers may opt to pick up their online order at our store located at C/ Almirante 18, Madrid.

Orders must be collected within one week of purchase.

To collect an order, customers must provide their name and order number.

A third party may collect an order with written authorization from the buyer.

Exchanges & Returns

Customers may return or exchange products within 14 days, in accordance with Spanish law.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and unused condition.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

We offer refunds, store credit, or exchanges, except for items purchased during Archive Sales, which are non-refundable.

Refunds are processed within 48 hours of receiving the returned product.

Non-returnable items include Archive Sale products and custom-made items specifically requested by the customer.

In the event of a lost or damaged shipment, customers should contact us immediately, and a replacement will be arranged.

If an incorrect item is received, we will arrange for the product to be collected and the correct item to be shipped at no additional cost.
