A gentle gathering to welcome the light of the new season. As summer arrived, we gathered with dear friends to celebrate tradition and shared creativity.
This was our first workshop held in nature, an experience filled with joy, inspiration and connection.
Guided by Amelia García, we explored Orizomegami, the delicate Japanese technique that blends origami—the art of folding paper—with orizome, an ancient dyeing game using natural pigments. Each fold and each drop of color creates a poetic, unpredictable composition— a ritual of stillness, surprise and beauty.
After the workshop, we set a beautiful table with delicious food to share among friends, and we were lucky to also enjoy the irresistible bagels from Gaby’s Bagels, kindly prepared by its founder, Gabriela Cabanyes. The day unfolded into laughter and baths in the pond, surrounded by sunlight and the sound of water.
It was a magical morning of creation and connection, with floating fabrics, inspiring company and memories to treasure.
