How long will it take to arrive?

24-72h

Orders are fulfilled within 24 business hours, however these times may be slightly longer in busier periods such as sales or Christmas.

Once your order is given to the courier, you will receive an email with a tracking number and their information. From this moment onwards it should be with you in 24 hours if you are within the peninsula. If you are in the Canary or Balearic Islands, the courier could take slightly longer.

How can I return or exchange an item?

Our hats are painted and made by hand, using textile paint and only sustainable materials. They are unique works of art, in which we respect irregularities, turning them into virtues and characteristics of each piece.

They can be washed by hand, with cold or warm water and neutral soap. We do not recommend draining, and they should air dry!

If you have a stain or have messed it up, get in touch with us and we'll see how we can help you.

In case you need an iron, we recommend using a steam iron or not removing it from your head for a while.
