HATS

How do I take care of my hat?

Our hats are hand-painted and handmade, using textile paint and only sustainable materials. They are unique works of art, where we embrace irregularities, turning them into virtues and characteristics of each piece. They can be hand washed with cold or lukewarm water and mild soap.

We do not recommend wringing them out, and they should be air dried. If you have any stains or damage, please contact us, and we will see how we can assist you.

If ironing is necessary, we recommend using a steam iron or wearing it for a while to help remove wrinkles. Keep it open to prevent wrinkling and enjoy it forever.

 

Can I customize the design of my hat?

ABSOLUTELY! If you've been dreaming of a unique and personalized hat, share your ideas with us, and we'll be delighted to help you imagine and shape your Romualda hat, where Cristina, artist and creative director, works her magic with your ideas. What type of paint is used on the hats? Are they waterproof?

In all our hand-painted hats, we use natural paints and pigments, maintaining one of our priorities: sustainability. 

Our hats are not waterproof unless specified on the product description.

They can be hand washed with cold or lukewarm water and mild soap. We do not recommend wringing them out, and they should be air dried.

Swimwear Prints

The swimwear can be machine washed in cold water, with gentle care. Avoid tumble drying and iron at a low temperature setting. 

 

Returns

Swimwear cannot be exchanged or returned if the hygiene seal has been removed. You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to return a product. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as it was delivered. 

 

GIFT CARD

To use the gift card, simply enter the code found on the card during the online checkout process in the "Discount code or gift card" section, or present it in person at our store when making a purchase. The value of the card will be automatically deducted from the total purchase amount.

 

SHIPPINGS & RETURNS

Tracking my shipment

Once the package is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number so you can check the status of the shipment firsthand.

How to make a return?

You have 14 days from the delivery date to return a product. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as it was delivered.

Shipping costs will be at your expense.

If you meet the necessary requirements specified in our return policy, follow these steps to manage the return:

Log in by clicking on the icon in the upper right-hand menu and enter the email address you used to place the order. You will receive an access code in the email to log in. Click on the order you want to return and request the return. If your return is approved, you will need to send the product back to us, and once we receive it, we will initiate the refund process for the amount paid.

 

How long does the refund take to arrive?

The refund will be credited through the same payment method you used to make the purchase. Generally, this process can take 2 to 3 business days, although the exact time may vary depending on the bank.

 

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

The delivery time of your order may vary depending on the destination country. You can check our shipping section for detailed information on specific delivery times for each country. These deadlines are usually clearly specified, allowing you to have a precise estimate of when your order will arrive.

 

How can I modify my order after placing it?

If you would like to make any modifications to your order, please email us at customerservice@romualda.es, and we will contact you as soon as possible.

 

Can I change my shipping address?

If you would like to change your shipping address, please email us at customerservice@romualda.es, and we will update the information.

 

Can I return a discounted item?

Yes, we accept returns of discounted items, except for products from our archive collection. We recommend reviewing the return policies before making a purchase. If you have any questions, please contact us.

 

Returns and Exchange Policy

If you are not satisfied with your product, you can contact us if you need our assistance. You have 14 calendar days from the delivery date to return a product. The product must be returned in its original packaging, unused, and in the same condition as it was delivered.

All pre-order products will follow our standard return policy.

Items from the archive collection are not eligible for exchanges or returns.

Swimwear products cannot be exchanged or returned if the hygiene seal has been removed.

To initiate the return process, you need to log in by clicking on the person icon in the upper right-hand menu and enter your email address and a pin code that we will send to that email. Once inside, you just have to request the return.

If your return is approved, we will initiate the refund process for the amount paid as soon as possible. The shipping costs for the return will be at your expense.

Returns in Spain

If your return is approved, you will receive an email indicating the address to which you must send the product back. Once we receive the return and we check everything is ok, we will proceed with the refund.

 

International Returns

If your return is approved, and you wish to return an item internationally, make sure to return it using the same shipping method that was originally used.

If you decide to use a different shipping method, we are not responsible for any additional costs associated.

To coordinate a return using the same original shipping method, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@romualda.es, and we will assist you with the process.

Once we receive the return and we check everything is ok, we will proceed with the refund.

 

Shipments in Spain

Shipments from Spain are handled by GLS.

We offer standard and express options:

Standard: FREE 2-3 days

Express: €5-€10 1-2 days

Balearic Islands: €7-€15 1-2 days

Orders are processed the next business day after your purchase from Monday to Friday excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are processed from Spain. Product availability is not guaranteed. If you have ordered an item that is not available or your shipment is delayed, we will notify you by email.

How to Request an Invoice?

Taxes and Duties

International shipments may include additional charges in the form of import duties or local taxes. These costs are subject to the legislation of each country and are beyond our control, so we cannot be held responsible for them.

How do I apply my discount code?

To apply your discount code, simply follow these steps:

  1. Once you have added all your items to your cart, click on the cart icon in the top right corner of the page to proceed to checkout.
  2. On the shopping cart page, you will see a field labeled "Do you have a discount code?" below the summary of your order. Click on that field to open it.
  3. Enter your discount code into the field. Make sure to input the code exactly as provided to you, paying attention to uppercase and lowercase letters, and then click "Apply".
  4. If the code is valid and applicable to the items in your cart, you will see it automatically reflected in the total of your purchase.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Where can I view all my orders?

To view all your orders, you will need to log in by clicking on the icon in the upper right-hand menu and enter your email address and a pin code that we will send to your email. Within your account, you can view all orders placed.
